Brewing a Storm.

It all kooks nice and peaceful here, and it is a lovely place to sit late afternoon, early evening. Sometime today the remnants of hurricane Bertha will arrive which may be the end of our garden as we know it. Grange Fell has discovered Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. This obsession may take a while to work through. it's a joy to use and definitely reminds me of distempering the outhouse. Only readers of a certain age will get that. The Magpie ( in Skipton is the supplier, this never happens in my life, usually stuff I want to buy can only bought from somewhere miles away or online. BTW The Magpie sells loads of lovely antiques, and it's own jams and chutneys and is also a micro brewerey.
